The Lume Kitchen uses dairy, wheat, nut, and egg products. With that being said, I am happy to chat with you about accommodating food allergies. Because food allergies are very specific to each individual, and food allergy requests will require a brief conversation. Please note this in the “Other Details You Should Know ” section on the order form. I’ll reach out to you!

The quick answer is; no. I am a big fan of buttercream frosting; it is my most used frosting. Fondant is an art of its own, one I have yet to take on myself. It sure makes for a beautiful finish, but it is not my style nor tasty to me. I If you have a design that uses fondant, upload a picture, and let’s chat and find a way to design something beautiful.

We do make other sweet treats from Lemon Bars, Brookies, Raspberry Bars, and Cookies. These are typically limited in nature as they are not as commonly requested. If interested, please head to the Contact Us page to inquire about ordering.

My standard custom cake orders (6″ or 9″) are round. I can accommodate other cake shapes. Let me know what you are thinking in the “Other Details You Should Know” section I will reach out to you!

Cake toppers can add an element of fun to any cake! If you have a specific cake topper, please upload a photo on the order form. Unless previously discussed, I do not provide theme-specific cake toppers. These will need to be purchased by you. I am happy to help place your topper in the cake upon pickup/delivery.

I deliver to Lakewood Ranch* for a flat $10.00 fee. Pickup orders are located off of University Parkway and Legacy. The pickup address will be provided with order confirmation.
*Wedding delivery will be discussed on a case-by-case situation.
